Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Miami Drive website (the "Site") and any vehicle rental arranged through it. By placing a reservation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain exotic vehicles).
• You must hold a valid driver's license recognized in the United States and a valid credit card in your name.
• International renters may be required to provide a passport and an International Driving Permit.

2. Reservations and payment

• All bookings are confirmed only after full payment of the rental amount is successfully processed by Stripe.
• Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and include the daily rental rate. Additional fees (delivery, mileage overage, tolls, fuel, cleaning) may apply and will be disclosed before confirmation or charged after the rental.
• A separate refundable security deposit is authorized on your card at the start of the rental.

3. Use of the vehicle

• The vehicle may be operated only by the renter named on the reservation.
• The vehicle may not be used for racing, off-road driving, towing, transporting illegal goods, or by any driver under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• The vehicle may not be taken outside of the State of Florida without prior written consent.

4. Insurance

Each vehicle is covered by primary liability insurance as required by Florida law. Comprehensive and collision coverage details are provided at pickup. The renter remains responsible for any deductible, loss of use, and damage not covered by insurance.

5. Mileage

Rentals include 150 miles per day unless otherwise stated. Additional miles are billed at the rate disclosed at pickup.

6. Late return

Vehicles returned more than 59 minutes after the scheduled return time will be charged an additional day at the daily rate.

7. Damage, theft and traffic violations

The renter is responsible for all traffic citations, tolls, parking violations, and any damage to or theft of the vehicle during the rental period, subject to applicable insurance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miami Drive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or any rental.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
