Refund Policy

We want every Miami Drive rental to be a great experience. The following policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; refunds are returned to the original payment method.

1. Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before the rental start date: full refund.
  • 24 – 72 hours before the rental start date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the rental start date or after the rental has started: non-refundable.

2. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email hello@miamidrive.com from the email used to make the booking, or call +1 (754) 262-4591. Please include your full name, booking date, and the vehicle.

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued within 5 – 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

4. No-shows

Failing to appear at the agreed pickup time without notice is treated as a same-day cancellation and is non-refundable.

5. Early returns

Vehicles returned before the scheduled end date are non-refundable for the unused period.

6. Cancellation by Miami Drive

If Miami Drive cancels a confirmed booking for any reason (including mechanical issues or unavailability), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

7. Disputes

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concern. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may be contested with documentation of these terms.
